At Scent Haus, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, fast and reliable. Below you’ll find all the information you need regarding delivery, tracking and returns.

We offer fast, fully-tracked delivery to:

  • International destinations

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – £3.99
• Delivered in approx. 48 hours
• Fully tracked

Express Delivery – £5.99
24-hour delivery
• Order before 3pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch
• Fully tracked

Free Delivery
• Orders over £25 qualify for free standard delivery

Couriers Used
We ship using Evri, Royal Mail and Parcel Hub (Yodel) depending on location and service availability.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/bank holidays will dispatch the next working day

Tracking

  • All orders are fully tracked, including standard and express

  • Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched


Returns Information

We want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve made returns simple.

Return Window

We offer lifetime returns on all unopened products.

Eligibility

  • Unopened & unused fragrances can be returned at any time

  • Opened items can only be returned if faulty

  • If you’re unhappy with your fragrance for any reason, please contact us:

Return Shipping

  • Return postage is paid by the customer

  • If an item is faulty, we will cover return shipping costs

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receiving your item

  • Your bank’s processing time may vary

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer:

  • Exchanges, or

  • Store credit — whichever you prefer

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Email help@scenthaus.uk

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if damage is visible

  3. Our team will resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund

All returns must include a completed Returns Form inside the package.
